Myoplex Lite

Good Afternoon Everyone,
Well I bought my first box of Myoplex Lite yesterday and I just have one word to say about this. OMG. I LOVE IT. If you never tried and highly recommend it. I've been buying the EAS protein and walmart and it does not compare at all. With the other protein I would have to make it and eat a carb with it. Not the Myoplex Lite! It has it all plus vitamins and minerals. Then I learned you can actually get the stuff pretty cheap if you shop around. Anyway I believe now I got more recipe options. Give me a good idea :) It's Video Time :)
