My Blog for 19 NOV 12

So yesterday turned out to be a really nice day.

I ate very very good and I started back my couch to 5k training.  I just love when my plans come all together and workout just right.

Thursday November 15, 2012

So yesterday I started the Doctor OZ's 3 Day Detox Cleanse with my wife.  Boy oh boy.  It's easy and hard at the same time.  Yesterday I didn't get to workout because I left my shoes at my job.  I won't do that again.

Here's my meals for the day.  Also Walter please do your Post like this below.  But one key note.  You should have 5 to 6 meals a day.

Meal 1:  Green Tea, Breakfast Shake and Half Mutli Vitamin and Probiotic.  2 glasses of Water
Meal 2:  Lunch Shake, 2 glasses of Water.
Meal 3:  Snake Shake and 2 glasses of Water, Omega 3 and Multi Vitamin.
Meal 4:  Dinner Shake

Exercise:  Couch to 5K Training in my Neighborhood.
Before bed:  Detox Bath.

Here's my journal entry for 5 Nov 2012.

5:30 AM Meal 1   Protein Shake

8:00 AM Meal 2   Three Boiled Egg White and 1/2 Cup of Oatmeal

11:30 AM Meal 3  1 Serving of Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup and Gatorade

4:00 PM   Meal 4   1 Serving of Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup and Gatorade

7:30 PM Meal  5  Homemade Vegetable Beef Soup 2 servings

The reason I ate so many soups is because I'm very sick.

EXERCISE:  Brisk Walked 2 miles on Bridge.


Being Sick Sucks

You know being sick sucks even when you try to follow a new workout or diet routine.  Arghhh I just hate it.  Earlier this week I started a new program with a friend of mine and my wifes and I feel like I'm already letting him down.  Yesterday I was feeling kind of rough but I kept my promise to walk with him on the bridge for two miles.  I was feeling pretty good.  That was until I got to work and then it really hit me.  Arghhh I hate being sick.

Today was supposed to be day 2 and I couldn't go with him because I felt so bad.  The result of this my buddy didn't go and know I just want to blame myself but at the same time I have to teach him a little responsibility to.  I know when he see's this he's probably gonna tell me a word or two :)  But that's all fun and games.  I also told him during the first month I will not have any empathy for him.  It's going to be hard and that just another part of the process.

Just for Jay

Well I decided to redo my blog page here just for Jay.  He always keeps me motivated :)  For the next 30 days I will be posting my food for each day.

So here we go.

Day 1

Meal One
Balance Bar
8 Oz Orange Juice

Meal two
1 Cup of peanuts, roasted, unsalted

Meal 3
Solid White Albacore Tuna
Two Tablespoons Relish
One tablespoon fat free mayo
Half Whole Wheat Pita Bread
12 Medium Baby Carrots
1 Cup of Grapes
8 Oz V8 Vegetable Juice

Meal 4
1 Cup Healthy Choice Hearty Chicken Soup

Meal 5
This is at the house so it's not completly correct
Bake Chicken
Green Beans
Brown Rice
