5:30 AM Meal 1 Protein Shake
8:00 AM Meal 2 Three Boiled Egg White and 1/2 Cup of Oatmeal
11:30 AM Meal 3 1 Serving of Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup and Gatorade
4:00 PM Meal 4 1 Serving of Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup and Gatorade
7:30 PM Meal 5 Homemade Vegetable Beef Soup 2 servings
The reason I ate so many soups is because I'm very sick.
EXERCISE: Brisk Walked 2 miles on Bridge.

Ok yesterday
Walked 2 miles on a bridge ------ pleasant enough I guess a little chill in the air but over all nice------ not to sure about the camera but I sopose everyone will want to see the results
