So yesterday I started the Doctor OZ's 3 Day Detox Cleanse with my wife.  Boy oh boy.  It's easy and hard at the same time.  Yesterday I didn't get to workout because I left my shoes at my job.  I won't do that again.

Here's my meals for the day.  Also Walter please do your Post like this below.  But one key note.  You should have 5 to 6 meals a day.

Meal 1:  Green Tea, Breakfast Shake and Half Mutli Vitamin and Probiotic.  2 glasses of Water
Meal 2:  Lunch Shake, 2 glasses of Water.
Meal 3:  Snake Shake and 2 glasses of Water, Omega 3 and Multi Vitamin.
Meal 4:  Dinner Shake

Exercise:  Couch to 5K Training in my Neighborhood.
Before bed:  Detox Bath.
