Well guys and gals. Sorry that I haven't been updating my blogs as much as I liked to for the last few weeks. I was struggling with my weight and not understanding why nothing is coming off. Yes I'm getting stronger but the weight is still there. I'm eating properly and nothing was changing. Well I take that back. One important did change. The inside of me changed. I'm a better person now. I realized this a few weeks ago in a class when I helped a student out in class that was struggling. Before I would only think about myself and do what I had to do to pass the course. In the end me and the guy both got a 100% in the class and it made me feel really good.
The emotional side of me has really been showing. I watch shows on TV and my eyes will start tearing up. For example. I love watching the biggest loser and I'll start getting so sad for some of the folks I want to see do really good. I watched movie this past weekend and I did the same thing towards the end of the movie. So the transformation exercises are really working on me.
So about my weight? Well I've decided to kick it up a few notches. Mainly cardio and high intensity training. Later I will be posting exactly what I'm doing. I've noticed if I don't keep my self going all day long and motivated with exercise that I start getting lazer throughout the day.
This morning I worked out my upper body. This evening I will be doing som Ab exercises that I found on the net.
Today Meal's
Meal 1 Oatmeal, Cottage Cheese
Meal 2 Protein Shake and Apple
Meal 3 Chicken Sandwich on Wheat with Lettuce and Tomato
Meal 4 Protein Shake and Banana
Meal 5 Wife is making a Veggie Soup Tonight.
Meal 6 Cottage Cheese and Yogurt
All meals have 2 glasses of water :)
The main thing is this whole time I've been hanging on and not giving up. So today's word like the picture is to just Hang In There and not Give Up. There are many t.com friends and none of them gave up on me :)
