Transformation Day 44



This is what I am above :P
I feel so bad since I haven't been giving any updates in the last few weeks. Travelling to Texas, Updating all my work computers and keeping up with my online classes has kept me very very busy.
Though on a good note I'm still working out.
I had a killer upper body workout yesterday and today I would like to take a nice long walk on the bridge with my wife. If not then I will just go for a good jog in the neighborhood.
Meal Plan:
M1 Oatmeal with Whey Protein
M2 Protein Shake with Banana
M3 Chicken Sandwich
M4 Protein Shake and Apple
M5 Baked Chicken, Veggies and Rice
M6 Cottage Cheese and Apple
Of course all meals will have 2 glasses of water :)
