Another great wonderful day :)
Got up at 4:30 and did some killer LBWO this morning. My Abs feel great. I almost most hurt my right knee today doing some lunges but I did a little stretching and everything is fine. Thank you stretches. Stretching is so important.

Meals Planned
Two Glass of Water before Workout
Meal 1: Whole wheat english muffin, 2 egg whites, turkey sausage, 1 slice of smart beat cheese (great stuff) and 2 glasses of water
Meal 2: Protein Shake, Orange and 2 glasses of water
Meal 3: Salmon, CousCous, Asparagus and 2 glass of water
Meal 4: Protein Shake, Apple and 2 glasses of water
Meal 5: EFL Goulash and 2 glasses of water
Meal 6: Cottage Cheese, Yogurt and glass of water.
Yesterday's Averages: Opps, Missed a Meal.
